We competed in our first ever sprint triathlon together, and along with my sister-in-law Collin. We followed an 8-week training program from Fitness Magazine. The training was pretty hard, but the rewarding feeling of finishing the race was priceless.
This was a reverse race, starting with a 5k run....
...followed by a 13mi bike ride....
...and finishing with a 400m swim. Whew!
